It’s a fact: Staff members at camp impact lives. While staff members are immersed in their daily roles and responsibilities, they are learning what it means to be a leader. Through running programs and activities, designing learning sessions, leading a color war team or Shiria — leadership skills are learned and developed at Camp. Apply now!
There’s no such thing as “the most important job at Camp.” We view each and every staff member as a critical component in camp and expect staff to come with a commitment to work together, as one team, to accomplish the camp’s mission. Apply now!
We understand that a camp is only as good as its staff. Therefore, choosing the ideal staff is a top priority for Camp Morasha. We hire highly motivated counselors, athletes, educators, and camping professionals, who come to us with spirit, a commitment to children, love for camp, and the recognition that every staff member is an educator and role model to our campers.
All staff are interviewed extensively and are required to attend an intensive staff orientation. Our staff receives continued guidance throughout the summer from our experienced senior staff. We expect that our staff members are committed to offering a fun and safe experience by placing the needs of the campers first, as it is the responsibility of the staff to help make the summer a success.
If you arrive at camp with these ideals in mind and a great attitude, you will have one of the most fantastic and unforgettable summers of your life!
