On Wednesday night, the entire camp headed out to a night trip to the Unadilla Drive-In movie theater to watch the movie “Inside Out” (ironically, we went to a drive-IN and saw Inside OUT).  When we arrived, we had dinner, and we set up our chairs on the grass in front of the screen. Daniel Aaron Schein left camp a few hours early to set up the speakers, and connect it to the radio, so that when we arrived, the sound was ready for the movie.  It was very cold outside, but the “joy” of the movie made it warmer.

During Clean Sweep, everyone was flipping out because our bunk was so messy. In the end (at 10:45 p.m.), after three hours of intense cleaning, we passed our inspection. When we passed inspection, our bunk celebrated with over three pies of Lake Como Pizza.

Visiting day was so much fun with our parents! After our parents restocked our treasured food supply, everyone went around camp doing various activities and going to local food stores. As they left, after giving us gallons of food and fun times, we said goodbye until July 28 or August 20.

The 3 on 3 Tournament (pictured on top) was very competitive because the winning team got the ultimate prize: Dougie’s. Therefore, the competition was extremely competitive.

We look forward to having breakfast for dinner (pancaking all day), four-way intercamps, Stomp (where the Manhigim are sure to Stomp the competition) picture day, (the absolutely brutal) Tisha B’av and Shiria (which will “raise us all up”).  As the Nine Days wind down, we are sad to see friends leave but happy to meet new ones.

Until next time!
